A place for Adventures

"STAYcation at it's best in western part of Batangas"

If your looking for a unique out of the way to experience, to enjoy the Philippine culture than you really can't ask for anything more. Very secluded as you have to take a Van (Passenger van packed full of people) to go here in my place. Quiet, Peaceful and Serene. The tranquility of the place is simply inexplicable. It's not the common commercialized beach resort. It's only 2.5 to 3hours travel from Manila via Tagaytay, but the travel's very worth it.  It is an instant home once you experience it.  First, The Calataganda Travel & Tour Services staff has a short orientation regarding the geographical position where we are in western part of the province Batangas.  We orient us withregards the mountains around us like the Fortune Island of Nasugbu, the Lubang Group of Islands, the Mt Halcon in Occidental and Oriental Mindoro.  Also remind us the do and don't in the area before we go to the unique accommodation which is the Floating House in the middle of the oceans. The place is exquisite with bird sounds, beautiful mangroves and white sandbar. At first you didn't quite appreciate it coz of a bit muddy and grassy shoreline.  But as you went deeper, i mean in the middle going to sandbar using the Floating House pull by the motorboat, the water's crystal clear and the marine life was pulsating.  We, remind everybody, just don;t forget to wear aqua socks for protection, since you'll walk over the shore looking the magnificent marine creatures like sea stars, sea urchin, sea cucumbers and birds around you.
The Floating House has room with complete amenities like bedfoam, bedsheet, pillow & blanket, table and chairs, Kitchen utensils (plates, glasses etc.) with 2 burner gas stove, grills and fresh water, Comfort room for wewe only. Off course, the roof top for best place for sunset photography or unwind/drinking corner.
While you having a relaxation in the floating house, We also offer the following activities: Kayaking, Stand UP Paddle Board, Snorkeling, Shore Hopping, Bird Watching, Mangrove and Seagrass tour and Scuba diving.
